IDEAS DE CENAS SALUDABLES ❤️.
1.- Calabacitas rellenas: Pueden ser de atún, pollo, pechuga de pavo.
2.- Hot cakes de avena: Intenta añadir algunas claras o una pieza de huevo completo para hacerlo más proteico 💪🏻.
3.- Para mis veganos: ensalada de garbanzos 🥗.
4.- Tostadas de pollo: O pueden ser también de atún, jamón de pavo, bistec de res.
5.- Batido de proteína: Ideal para cuando no tienes mucha hambre pero no quieres dormir con el estómago vacío 💪🏻 puedes agregarle espinacas, 1/2 plátano, o cualquier cosa para darle una mejor consistencia.
6.- Sándwich de atún: BÁSICO DE BÁSICOS para cuando hay cero ganas de cocinar, puedes cambiar el atún por pollo, res, pavo 🙌🏻. .

Cable V grip Front Squat - I was never great at barbell or Smith front squats. I just couldn’t get my hands in a comfortable position, or the bar felt unstable, or my boobage got in the way. Once I was turned on to the cable version of the front squat, it made a world of a difference! All the former issues I had were non existent with the cable version. However, not to say the others are bad because they’re NOT, it’s just an example that goes to show you there’s not always one way to perform an exercise or even more importantly- one way to hit the target muscle!

Being a mom is the best, hardest, most interesting, fun, and most maddening thing I’ve ever done, or ever will do. The highs and lows are extreme. The frustration is REAL and the rocky parts make me question my capacity, not to mention my sanity, but the beauty and wonder and breathtaking views of watching a little boy grow up is unbeatable.
Being a mom is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.
We live in an era of honesty about parenting (thank goodness). It tough and at times messy!
But the transparency is also refreshing to know that all moms struggle in areas.To be honest I dont think we ever “Know it all”. I had no clue how I was going to be a single mom, work and make it through graduate school. Some called me crazy and at times I thought “There is no way I can do this.” BUT you just do it! My son has given me a whole new outlook on life and I wouldn’t change a thing! Everyone has a story! A few things I have learned is to :
ENJOY THE JOURNEY ( & THE MESSES).
SNUGGLE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
DONT BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF.
