  • GOOD MORNING ACAI ✨😍 Paid a visit back to @myfruitologist for one of their epic acai bowls! We topped ours with a @wellnessbytess raw Ferrero slice instead of the usual PB to change things up 👅🍫 - and it was deliciousssss! Last time I visited, it was a regular blended acai smoothie bowl but now they’ve changed to a softserve type made from acai and watermelon 🍓🍉 This was definitely a much lighter acai bowl, but very pure in acai flavour, hydrating, refreshing and dessert-like which I loved 🙌🏼 Just look at that 🍦 TEXTURE!

I will HAPPILY demolish it for you 😂😂 - Just a quick recipe incase over the festive period you get a sweet tooth craving and instead of reaching for 3 mince pies, half a Cadbury’s bar and a mocha Frappuccino with extra cream you can make THIS instead 😘 (nothing wrong with the above sometimes btw.. 🤷🏻‍♀️) - 🌸Smoothie Base🌸 ▪️100g of frozen blueberries ▪️50g of spinach (get those greens in gal) ▪️25g of @theproteinworks vanilla protein ▪️150ml of unsweetened almond milk ▪️Ice cubes - 🌸Toppings🌸 ▪️Banana ▪️Strawbs ▪️The yummiest @kelloggs.uk no added sugar coconut, cashew and almond granola ▪️Cacao Nibzzz and Chia Seeds from @theproteinworks (literally topping queens) ▪️Flaxseed (for extra goodness) - For 25% off any of these mega yum toppings use the code LAURENH25 at the checkout at @theproteinworks 💪🏼 #laurensfitfood #notnaughtybutnice #healthyrecipes

  • Who is already looking for some lunch inspiration?😇 how about this “Chickpea Tuna Salad“? (Of course all made out of 🌱, no 🐟 required) All you need to do is: 1. Mash some canned chickpeas (drained and washed) with a fork 2. Add some plant milk, mustard, balsamic vinegar and some chopped onion 3. Use spices of choice (black pepper, salt, nooch,...) 4. Serve together with veggies, potatoes/bread, or whatever you fancy 😊

Try it out by following the steps below: Ingredients * 1 banana * 1/2 cup of blueberries * 1 tablespoon acai berry powder * 1 tablespoon coconut flakes * 2 tablespoons shredded coconut * 1 tablespoon lucuma powder (sugar substitute) * 3/4 cup almond milk Instructions 1. Place banana, blueberries,açai berry powder, almond milk and lucuma powder in a blender and process until thick and smooth. 2. Pour into bowl 3. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and shredded coconut 4.
