'Fresh food heaven' 🍅🍋🍑🌶🍆🍐🍎 ***My post today is about bright, vibrant colour + what I consider a beautiful photoshoot depicting fresh local produce that I discovered today in a local marketplace. ***When food has this much colour + looks this good there is no doubt it is good for us. This would have to be the best looking fresh produce I have ever seen. Vitamins, minerals, antioxidants...I say, eat your heart out 💚💛♥

As per mentioned on Monday’s front squat post, here is a simple drill for testing ankle mobility. ✅
Important pointers here-> 1. Keep knee over the midline of the foot as if the knee collapses inwards it doesn’t count. 2. Keep heel on the floor, if heel raises it doesn’t count either.
1. So as per the video, use a ruler to measure how far away from the wall your big toe is, useful for future progress tracking.
2. Start with toe against the wall and perform several reps as seen.
3. Progress your foot backwards slowly continuing attempts until your knee can no longer reach the wall without knee collapsing or heel lifting.
4. Measure and record distance from big toe to the wall.
Less than 5cm away from the wall is considered poor ankle mobility. (Oh dear for me 🤦🏻♂️)
More than 10cm is considered great ankle mobility.
Why should this concern you? 🤔
If your body does not move efficiently as it should do, other areas have to compensate (such as chest collapsing in the squat) potentially leading to injuries elsewhere. 😮❌
I travel because it makes me realise how tiny a space I occupy in this world. It makes me realise how many things there is to see, how many I have seen and how many I might never see. This tiny space that I occupy is mine to hold. Mine to develop in the direction that I want it to. Simply by following my heart.
I chose a long time ago, that I prefer to follow my heart any time possible, because it keeps me healthy and happy. In my body, my mind and my soul. Which is the most important thing for me. So that’s what I’m going to do; travel. 💫✨
