Before I share with you some different routines It is important for you to understand that the following facts. . ✔️Total volume and frequency are the 2 key drivers towards muscle growth. . Simply your muscle building program should have adequate total volume with room for planned progression. . More recent studies prove how important training frequency is significant for muscle growth due to the science behind protein synthesis (I’ll make a post on this soon) . To conclude for an optimal muscle building program you should train each muscle a minimum of 2 x per week with your total weekly volume spread over your planned workouts. . So which routine is best? . The truth is, all 4 of these routines can give you equal results as long as the volume and frequency is there. .
