  • Full moon feels 🌚 I had the gift of attending a beautiful full moon ceremony last night with my Balinese friend and the high priest in the Forrest near ubud Bali. While the sky didn’t show the glorious moon in all her glory she was so present and powerful .. the rain was a cleaning and it flowed so beautifully .. the highlight was climbing the stairs to meet the beautiful Durga normally known as goddess shakti she was showered in a beautiful light in all her glory .. welcoming me with all her love .. her many hands touched me to impart her wisdom upon me I was so blessed and I am of service to help and heal others as I continue my journey .. love to you all ❤️🙏🏼 #shakti #durga #blessed

  • Ever have one of those days where you don’t want to do absolutely nothing and you just drag the idea of moving a finger? Today was that day for me, but today I did something I rarely do. I gave myself a day. Didn’t reply to emails or dms, didn’t cook, and made my husband drive me to get some lunch cause I didn’t feel like driving either (love ya babe😘) and I have been watching tv in my pjs since we got back. It’s healthy to give yourself a true reset day, you deserve it!

  • My brain on structure 🧠 - No matter the problem OR solution, the world operates much smoother when its greased up with some structure. I’ve adapted to this thought process overtime and its become a necessity in helping me to keep the blinders ON to help reach my goals or simply create them. It helps keep me in a lane and provides some understanding of how I can sort out stressful situations. This is a super important part of my health 🧩 - mind, body, and soul is a synergy and your pieces can fit perfectly if you are listening - 1️⃣ Form the foundation of “why” we are choosing the path we are on, what is the importance or significance? - 2️⃣ Where are we going? Is our “why” under our control and pushing us in the right direction? - 3️⃣ We are responsible for driving our passions in the right direction. We have to continue with the intention to pursue our “why” by learning, listening, and sponging information to help get us there - 4️⃣ Fear factor! Are we owning our intentions? Can we fail only to get back up and start driving our “why” again and again? - 5️⃣ Straight self-filled satisfaction. You have created a wave. You rode that wave. You crashed in that wave. BUT, you got up. You wiped some sweat off and hopped right back on that WAVE! 🤟 #confidencecitayyy - This practice has helped me to build a structure base that I default to. Really, it’s a check-in and a ever-present mentality that helps me become a happier and overall healthier human and carry my own guidance and control - #motivateyourmonday - #effortup - Also...messing with this screen recording and small window for video but posting on story too ❤️

  • Peace family! I got some questions last night regarding the full moon and clearing negative energy out your homes and sacred spaces. First and foremost Sage is an aromatic plant that's long been used for both medical and spiritual purposes. Today since it’s the official day of the full moon, I’ll be using it to clear the energy Im my home. I usually burn sage on the new and full moon. I also Smudge the sage to clear the energy of my healing stones around my house. After I sage and set my full moon intentions by writing out the things I want to see manifest in my left, I do a 30-60minute meditation. I’m left with a grounding feeling that helps me to relax and focus my thoughts so I can plan and put into play the things I wrote down. If you have any questions please dm or email me ✌🏾💛✨ The Nubn

  • It seems like wherever I go these days I hear of another friend who has a health challenge or is in chronic pain. It really makes me sad. 😢 . Because of this, I’ve started writing an online all-natural holistic self-healing program. This is for anyone. Whether it’s complementary to your medical healing plan with your doctors, or you have tried everything, nothing has worked, and you’re out of ideas. .
