Today I had a conversation with a random lady at the gym ... we talked about how working out literally changes your mood and how you feel not just physically but mentally long term ....Surprise🥳 who hasn’t heard that yet? Lol :p No but seriously we continued on saying that at some point the main focus is not even about the physical appearance, I think that’s a bonus & you can get it if you want it! lol but not necessarily. People think you have to go to the gym or workout only to loose weight or to gain muscle or a bigger butt but literally the mental health that you gain from it beats them all. .
It makes me extra thankful to see the strength I’ve gained physically & mentally through my fitness journey. It helped shaped my entire life in many ways AND #istilldonthaveabs ! 🤷🏼♀️ so I’m just gonna be preaching about it for the rest of my life 😎 #WORKOUT .
