  • Sometimes the way we find ourselves reacting to others or situations in life feels really disempowering. We might get frustrated, anxious, detached or angry, and know its not good for us, but lack the understanding or capacity to do anything about it. . However we are, what’s important to remember, is that we can change. We aren’t fixed. Whilst it takes a little mindful effort, with practice, we can learn how to become more self-aware and skilful in being with our thoughts, emotions and reactions on a daily basis. We can become more of the person we’d choose to be. More of the kind and loving person we already are at heart. 😊 Meditation is one tried and true method to awaken our wisdom, compassion and self-control.
