In summer your outdoor space must entice the buyer to envisage themselves living & enjoying the space.
Don’t overcrowd the area.
Make sure it is manicured and styled to appeal to your demographic 🌼
Curious to know if anybody would be interested in purchasing prints of my work if I made them available? Considering creating a store on my website. Let me know. 🤔
This was taken in Melbourne, Australia when I was there four years ago. 🌅
Happy hump day! 😄⠀
What meals have you prepped to get you through the week? 🥗 ⠀
That look you give when you receive a full platter of fruit.
But on another note...YOU are not what you eat. You ARE what you absorb and assimilate! 🍏
Eating is only a small part of the bigger picture. It’s a bit of a wasted opportunity eating fresh whole foods or paying a little bit more for organic/free range products if your body is not getting all the amazing nutrients out of them that it should be.
The complex process of digestion starts before you've even taken your first bite. Smell & site triggers the salivary glands to start secreting saliva & the stomach should start to produce more digestive enzymes to help break down nutrients. Once we start eating, the idea is to chew our food till its liquified with enough saliva to help it on its journey & make it easier to break down further, once it reaches the stomach.
BUT how often do you eat on the run/eat at your desk/or shove down your food without barely chewing it or hardly even tasting it or being aware of what you’ve just eaten?!! All these things decrease the ability of the body to properly break down your food & things like stress mean that the body has less of a capability to want to produce digestive compounds as it sees itself as being in a “fight or flight" type situation & will save that precious energy for "survival". This means large, partially digested food particles which pass through to the gut & can start to ferment (not in a good way) or go bad in the case of meats & other proteins, which can lead to gas, bloating, discomfort & other not too pleasant symptoms, which ultimately means that you are not breaking the food down into its microscopic components, which are small enough to pass through the intestinal wall, into the bloodstream & then onto the brain, muscles & other vital organs where they are most needed.
Long story short, this is a missed process to fuel and nourish the body. There are many things that can positively and negatively affect this process. Working on a bit of mindfulness - being present, slowing down & being aware & appreciative of what you’re eating will help. Improving gut health & the body’s ability to break down, absorb & assimilate your food is another.

Reading the news this morning, it looks like Chris Brown has confessed to his mate. Doesn’t give details but he’s definitely raped someone cause “he ain’t raped nobody” that’s for sure.
If you’re going to be a character witness for someone you should consider how you phrase your comment.
