no joke, this drug dealer told me to come over to his car, where him and his homies were preparing to do “the drugs”. but this guys was a nice guy, so he asked me if I wanted to use his wad of cash as a prop in my picture. So this fool brings out a solid $2000+ in cash (maybe less) and hands it to me, and told me I should use it in my photo and pose with it. And here we are folks...
wild world we live in 😎
After I take the picture with the cash, this goon asks me if I want a line of coke to pose with as well. He tells me the weather looks great, we shake hands, and part ways forever.
As I walk away, my friend Hunter and I remark as to how shady this entire event could’ve gone down. I could’ve ended up with three metal spheroids in my skull, and a ticket to the ER. I was lucky. But how long would my luck last?
Shoutout to my dude @h.valada for the dope pictures. Hit the man up if you need some photos, or a dope friend 👍🏻

A silver lining to a heartbreaking loss for the Lakers.

Spent the better part of the day remembering how to not have a plan or an agenda...
To all my goal-getter friends, do you feel me when I say that sometimes relaxing has to be practiced just like focus has to be?
There was a time when no matter what I was doing there was an asterisk in the back of my mind saying “You should be doing something productive!!!” But the more I would do, the more I felt like I should be doing! Now, I do want to say there are times in life when there is shit locked away in your soul that just has to come out and it is vital to work your ass off and ride the wave of momentum, but as for where I’m at after coming off what felt like the Big Kahuna, I’m challenging all of my old beliefs right now.
I’m taking some time off and noticing how much more productive I am in shorter amounts of time when I feel like I have space and I’m able to do some things that I really want to do want to do each week. Nothing you haven’t heard before - I know... but I’m just here to say I’m learning to find the right mix of hustle and rest right along with you because it’s always changing.
At the end of the day, did you have a day you’re happy with or you learned from whether it was relaxing or on your grind? That’s all it’s about...I think. LOL, I mean - whatever makes YOU feel like how you want to feel. Give yourself that permission over and over for whatever you choose that day.
K, gotta go eat the pizza we just made and I’m gonna choose to be good with eating the whole thing tonight.
🥳🗓️🤸🏻♀️ Day 2️⃣0️⃣ of #AYearOfYoga2019 w/ @cyogalife ➡️ L-Sit at the Wall 🤸🏻♀️🗓️🥳 A pike compression is having the ability to bring your legs towards your face which relies very much so with your hip flexors strength. Of course the shoulders, arms, core, and hamstrings are just as important in this type of fold. In my case, the pike position and maintaining that compression of having the legs high up still needs more work than bringing the leg behind my head which is the main focus with the modification I chose today. This is seen in #Lolasana, High #CrowPose, and #Press Handstands. Keep shoulders as depressed as much as possible and legs active, especially those quads. Maintain the position for several seconds to develop the strength component of this pose, pushing towards your edge. Hold for that extra breath count. Try this either with knees in towards chest and shins resting against the wall or sit on a block if the hips don’t quite make it off the ground. If this is still not working for you, do the L-Sit floor variation and go from both heels on the ground to one heel off or both. 8 more days until the challenge is over, you still got time to catch up and continue with your #progress photos!
