  • You want to start working out but have no idea where to start?? Well guess what?! The Booty King got you covered! . I was sick for the last couple days, I really didn’t even want to touch my phone, but I’m backkkk. And here’s a good routine if you’re a beginner. . I recommend just doing 2 sets of each exercise to start. . 1st exercise is single leg glute bridges. The key here is to position your foot slightly in front and thrust up with your hip pushing off your heel. Goal is 12-16 reps but I warn you that you’ll feel this around 7 or 8 reps 🙃. . . 2nd exercise are lunges. Single it’s also a single leg exercise and it requires balance, it makes lunges a difficult exercise to get down at first. But they’re so good for you and the booty of course 🍑🍑😇. Aim for 12-15 reps each leg. . 3rd exercise are banded hip thrusts. The band is good for activating all the booty muscles especially during this exercise. Aim for 30-40 reps. . 4th exercise are squats. You can use a chair, or anything that u can sit on for this. The key here is to help u get use to dropping your hip back as your squat down which is key when u squat. Aim for 15 reps. . 5th exercise are for the side of the booty! Super simple. And also aim for like 20-30 reps. . I know it’s December, and a lot of you think it’d be dumb to start working out now since you’ll be cheating because of the holidays. And instead just wait for the new year. But if you’re really unhappy with your current situation, why wait? . You don’t have to eat perfect. You just can’t eat as much crap as you usually do. Just limit it a bit and workout and trust me you’ll still see results!

  • I’m back! With another booty transformation! 🍑🍑🔥. . . Y’all can’t grow a booty?? Well then you obviously aren’t doing my booty workouts. . This is @panduhh.rynee couple months progress so far. My workouts have taken her booty to the next level! . I know December is not really the time many people start to workout. They hold off till January. And many people who were on a roll and had a few fuck ups, just tell themselves they’ll take this month off and start over in the New Year. . That’s the worst mentality to have! . Reflect on where you are at this point in your life. If you’re happy, then keep doing what you’re doing. . But if you’re unhappy with your body, why wait? Life is all about taking action. And if you really want to make a change, then it starts with action. . Don’t wait for your sister, or brother, or friend to start with you. They might not want it as much as you. .   • Y’all ready for a booty routine that will have you second guessing life? Lol. No butt seriously, this right here is as intense as it gets when doing booty day 🍑🍑🔥🔥. . . I warn ya. This is an advance workout routine. And @mariafitxo got through it like a champ 👏🏻. . . 5 exercises. . All killer. . Y’all will thank me later. When ur booty grows of course. . 1st exercise is a triple drop set of cable kickbacks! So right away to start your routine, you’ll have the biggest booty pump because of this lol. 16 reps, drop the weight by 10lbs and do another 16 reps, and drop it again by 10lbs and do another 16! KILLER 🍑🔥. . . 2nd exercise are landmine curtsy lunges! You’ll feel the outside of the booty when doing these. It’s important that your front knee doesn’t pass your toe when doing this or any type of Lunge. Do 15 reps. . 3rd exercise are banded pulsing squats! Keeping constant tension on the booty because of the band and also because I didn’t have her going fully all the way up! 15 reps. . 4th exercise are barbell Romanian lunges. Make sure you’re going low enough to get the full stretch on the glutes. This ones killer. Had her do 15 reps each leg. . 5th exercise just body weight single leg hip thrust. Keep in mind she was already exhausted so these body weight single leg hip thrust were extremely difficult. As you can tell by her facial expression 😆. Had her do 20 reps each side for 3 sets. . And for those of you who might not understand, weight is you best friend when you’re in the gym. Getting stronger over time is the key to growing your booty and burning body fat.   • I see it too many times. Women refusing to get out of their comfort zone and not doing more weight when they can. . Y’all are really selling yourself short when u stick to light weight for weeks or months when it comes to the hip thrust. . The glutes are the strongest muscle in the body. And if you’re consistent with your booty workouts and you push yourself, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be at 135lbs (45lbs on each side) after a month of working out. . The more weight you’re able to do during a hip thrust with good form, the stronger and bigger your booty will get. . So get out of your comfort zone next time you try this and see how strong you really are. #BootyKing #EmpoweringWomen #BuildABooty #EverydayIsBootyDay #BootyDay #Booty #BootyWorkouts #Gym #fitness
