  • Very stoked to get this plate on the menu at work! A plate of things that we make and grow. Starting with Saucisson sec (garlic & white pepper sausage). Next to that is some Zuni pickle made from the abundance of zucchini at the end of last summer. A Danish pastry and finally some Persian feta made with jersey cows milk sitting under some raw vegetables, herbs and flowers from the garden that are pickled just before service. Every one in our kitchen and grounds team has played a part in getting this simple yet satisfying plate on the menu! #housemade #yarravalley
